Shipping Policy

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from PayPal containing your order details (if you have provided us with your email address). A confirming receipt is sent within few minutes from when we receive your order. We will attempt to send your goods via courier within 7 working days; however, if your order is not in stock delivery will take a little longer.

Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will give you a 14-day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at support@mylifesmart.net.au within this time so we can resolve any issues. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn, used, damaged after delivery, or any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition and all postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via pre-paid registered post and you assume any risk of lost, theft or damage to goods during transit. We advise you take out insurance with your postal carrier. Genesis Biotech Pty Ltd. will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure and this will affect the outcome of your refund.
